► We ONLY accept gold as the payment method for our boosts.
► You must act professional towards the clients at all times. Clients may be frustrating to deal with at times, but you must remain accommodating to the best of your ability at all times.
► You are allowed to discount runs to match other communities' prices. However, keep discounts reasonable (usually under 10%), and do not drop prices only because you see a single person advertising cheap boosts. Mythic Raids and PVP cannot be discounted.
► Do not excessively ping boosters to fill your runs regardless of the service. There is a very fine balance between being keen on providing a service and just grief-pinging.
► Do not assume any client's faction without asking/checking, and do not assume their gender by calling them dude or sir, etc.
► You may advertise using any amount of accounts and on any server. Avoid advertising on a foreign language realm if you are not fluent enough in that language to communicate with the buyers in a satisfactory manner.
► Your advertising macros must look professional and contain correct info.
► If you take a Booking Request, you must also take all unanswered booking requests.
► After a boost has been completed, it is advised that you reach out to your client in order to make sure that everything regarding the boost was done in a satisfactory manner. We value the buyers too much to let any form of low quality service slide under the radar. This is also a great opportunity to tell them to leave a review in #customer-reviews!
► If you book a client into a VIP raid, you are required to collect a full deposit or full payment from them. If a client doesn't show up for their VIP raid or if they cancel their spot less than 1 hour before it, the deposit is used to compensate the team for the missing client and may be deducted from your balance.
BR tickets are monitored by the Management and we will be strictly enforcing these rules.
► You are representing Dawn, often in the only channel that clients actually read. You must use perfect English and grammar at all times. That includes proper use of capital letters, punctuation & no shortened words.
For example: "Hey Sanktora! Let me help you with that request now!" rather than "hey ill help u".
► If there are multiple requests, you MUST take them in order! Never skip one and take the next or you might risk a deduction.
► You must correctly log the sales as BR if the sale it's from a ticket. If a client once came through a ticket, then it's always considered a BR, even if they DM you directly. Failure to mark clients correctly will result in HEAVY strikes including, but not limited to, deductions, loss of BR privileges, forfeiture of any gold you are owed, rank demotions and/or removal from Dawn.
► Always try to upsell! If a client is trying to buy a single boss, try to upsell it to a full raid and remind them that they can switch characters between bosses. You'd be surprised how well and easy it is to extra sell things if you try!
► NEVER close a ticket before the boost is completed. If something goes wrong or the client needs to change the booking they need to be able to use the ticket to contact you and/or someone from the Management.
► Try to not book BR-clients as back-ups, always suggest a later run and don't suggest a back-up spot unless they themselves suggest it.
► If you book a client that in for a curve boss kill, make sure they know that the group has to kill the penultimate boss before reaching the last boss.
► Keep all communication with the client inside of the ticket. If they request to be DM'ed instead of talking through the ticket, take a screenshot and post it in the ticket so we know it was requested by the client and can close the ticket properly.
► If you book a client into a VIP raid, you must collect either a 30% deposit or full payment from them to ensure they show up. If you only collected a 30% deposit, contact the Gold Collector of the raid before the run starts to hand the gold over to them. Make sure to remind the client that the deposit is non-refundable if they do not show up at the agreed time.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the following actions:
► 1st Offence - Warning.
► 2nd Offence - Restriction from BR for 7 days.
► 3rd Offence - Permanent restriction from BR.
Guide for Ticket buttons:
Clicking on "✅ Close" inside a claimed ticket will remove the client from the ticket and marks it ready for closure.
Clicking on "♻️ Reopen" will add the client back if you accidentally closed the ticket too early.
