Raids are booked via our website: https://hub.dawn-boosting.com/bookings/raids.
The latest Raid prices can be found in the #pve-pricelist-eu, #pve-deals and #ad-daily channels. Keep an eye also on #flash-deals for temporary discounts that apply to specific raids!
We offer raids on all four difficulties:
Normal Raids (Multiple runs per day, ran by in-house sign-ups and partnered Guilds/Teams)
Heroic Raids (Multiple runs per day, ran by in-house sign-ups and partnered Guilds/Teams)
Curve runs (Depending on which bosses are important, ran by in-house sign-ups and partnered Guilds/Teams)
Mythic Raids (Ran by partnered Guilds)
We sell three different kinds of raids:
Saved - All boosters are saved and will pass on all items. The clients roll for items between themselves, highest roll wins. These runs have a lower amount of items per boss than Unsaved runs.
Unsaved - Most or all boosters are unsaved, and will pass on all items. The clients roll for items between themselves, highest roll wins. These runs have a higher amount of items per boss than Saved runs.
VIP - Most or all boosters are unsaved, and will pass on all items. There are only four clients. In Armor VIP raids, the clients have different armor types (cloth/leather/mail/plate) and are guaranteed to get all items of their own armor type, but they will but they will roll with the other clients for necks, rings, cloaks, weapons and trinkets. In Tier VIP raids, the clients are guaranteed to get all of their corresponding tier token (dreadful/venerated/mystic/zenith), but will roll on all other items.
1. Find a client.
2. Check the website and find an available slot.
3. Agree a time, raid type, and price - If buying single bosses in a full run, always send a message to the leader of said run to confirm that this is available.
4. Collect a deposit equal to your advertiser cut. This is optional but highly recommended, especially early on each season as it ensures the client shows up. In VIP raids, deposits are always required.
5. Fill in your client's information into the booking section of the website.
6. Tell the client to be online and in Orgrimmar/Stormwind 10-15 minutes before the run on the character they want the boost on.
7. The gold collector for the run will invite them and collect the remaining gold. You can see who this is in the run's information.
8. Follow up with the client afterwards and ensure they are satisfied, and tell them to leave a review if they want!
The fields are as follows:
Payment Realm & Faction: This is the realm and faction the gold will be mailed on. If the client pays to the Gold Collector inside the raid, you can enter any realm and faction here. If you collected a payment fully and will be mailing it yourself, select the realm and faction where you plan to mail it on.
Buyer Name-Realm: The client's name and realm, such as Hojzti-Ragnaros.
Class: The class of the boosted character.
If you paste in the client's raider.io link, the four fields above will be auto-filled.
Source: Here you will note where you got the buyer from: Trade chat (TC) or Booking Requests (BR).
Paid Full: If the client paid you fully, select 'Yes'. If the client didn't pay you fully, select 'No'.
Pot: The total pot of the run, what the client will pay in total.
Deposit: The maximum deposit depends on where the sale is from, TC or BR. You can see how much to collect underneath once you've filled in the pot information.
Owes: The amount that is left to pay for the buyer after deposit is made. This is automatically calculated.
Notes: Here you can add notes if necessary. If you need to include client information such as a payment character name, put them in a private note.
Once you've filled in everything, click "Add Buyer" and your booking is complete.
Note: 10 minutes after a booking has been created, the client's name and server will be locked and can't be edited. If the client wishes to change characters, you can contact an |Adv| staff member or open an advertiser support ticket to change the name. However, you can freely edit other booking details even after 10 minutes have passed.
We recommend taking a deposit for raids in order to ensure the client shows up. This is equal to your ad-cut and is your gold. If a client prefers to not pay the deposit, you may still book them but be aware that the client is less likely to show up for their raid if they haven't paid any gold beforehand. If you choose to not collect a deposit, your ad-cut will automatically be added to your Balance the following day. In VIP raids, deposits are used to compensate the boosters in case of a no-show, and are therefore always required. If a client doesn't show up or cancels their spot less than an hour before a VIP raid, the deposit may be deducted from your balance and added to the pot of the raid.
Once you have collected your deposit and booked the client on the website, you can tell the client that the gold collector will invite them to raid and collect the rest of the gold roughly 10-15 minutes before the raid starts.
Whilst not the norm, some clients insist to pay you in full. If you collected the full amount, you should select "Yes" in the "Paid Full" box. Additionally, after adding the client to the raid, remember to mark yourself as the collector by clicking "Ad" or "Me" under "Collected By". If you're a Trainee or a Senior Advertiser, remember to write to the Gold Collector of the raid to trade the gold to them (see Trainee Rules in General Information).
Once the run is done, find the string on the right hand side and mail that into the Dawn banks using the Dawntools addon.
If clients want to know who the gold collector will be for the run that they are booked for, tell them to follow the instructions in raid warnings. The gold collector will use raid warnings to communicate his own character name, and will remind clients to not trade anybody else.
These raids are carried out by our partnered Guilds and managed by Pam, Yasera, Lemunter & Tanku - they will work with you to find the right match for your client.Â
Once you find a client:

Before opening a ticket, make sure you've collected the 20% deposit. Mythic raid clients are more likely to cancel if they haven't paid anything yet. Collecting the deposit is therefore mandatory for Mythic raid bookings, because it will be used to pay the Guild in case of a no-show. You're not allowed to refund the deposit without approval from Pam, Yasera or Hojzti.
These sales can be huge, we highly recommend you ask either Pam, Yasera, Hojzti or an @Ad Trainer in #ad-support for assistance if you are at all unsure.
